This was actually terrific fun to do. I didn't think it would be, since spots are usually tedious, but I was apparently wrong. ^^

My ideas are... darkly themed... due to recent events. There is much sadness and anger in my ideas.

Well I think you should still post all your art that you think is at least well drawn and portrayed. It'd probably do yourself some good to put up a few of your dark ideas before returning to your more regular stream of work.

It's a mix of therapy, drawing what's in my head helps with pent-up angst and sadness, but doing work for other people makes me feel like a worthwhile human being. I need people to be pleased with me on a more personal level than "Ooh nicely drawn random furry," and to a certain extent I need praise. It is the fuel that drives the artist.

You've already done, what, like 6 free requests? As good as your requests are, it's really nice to see the art you do for your own time. I know people like it when they see people make art of themselves, but I watched you, and asked other people to watch you, because I thought your own art looks really good. So don't forget to show off your other characters. :)

And by the way, not sure if I've told you this or not, but thank you for being an artist who responds to the little people like myself.

I'll probably get back to "Me" stuff after it stops hurting to draw. You guys are guinea pigs, though. I test my new techniques through requests... though I don't usually get quite so many.

I hate, hate, hate it when an artist ignores me. Why bother commenting with more than "Oooh nice" if they won't talk to me? So unless I am annoyed with the commenter, I will usually respond.
